SUP Yoga is a great way to get centred and stay fit.
New for 2013. Supsurf Yoga Classes offer a great reason to be outdoors with a unique twist on what is already a very popular way to stay fit. Combining the unstable platform of a stand up paddle board with well known yoga poses adds an additional level of difficulty to your workout. More important, it makes the experience more fun. SUP Yoga is bliss.

Most lessons start at Kew/Balmy Beach, but sometimes we'll use another nearby location depending on wind and water conditions. See Map.
We use rigid boards exclusively, typically 10'6" or 11'6" by 32" to give you the best platform for Yoga poses.
Be sure to download and print SUPsurf's Waiver/Release form as soon as you book your lesson/class. Fill it out in advance and bring it to your lesson, completed, to save time and spend more time on the water.
